The Knights of Columbus announced the success of their fourth annual garden festival, Garden Feset, which took place April 12 - 14, 2024. The event raises funds for the community and local charities by selling top-quality gardening supplies.

In 2024, Garden Fest raised $4,000. Beneficiaries include Wellspring Niagara, which supports individuals living with cancer. A portion of the funds also went to the Special Olympics, which supports individuals with intellectual disabilities through all-year sports training.

Participants purchased the gardening supplies, such as compost, potted plants, and fertilizer. Supporters also enjoyed a BBQ meal and participated in a raffle draw. Susan Vigna won a $50 gift certificate from Elio's Foot Comfort Center and a branded journal with a pen and coffee tumbler donated by Impact Promotions.

Tim O'Brien, chair of Garden Fest and Knight of Columbus 4th, expressed his gratitude for the community support and the organizations supplying the gardening supplies. He believes that the support will make a difference.
